Are laundry facilities available?

Most of our apartments include a full-size washer/dryer inside your apartment home at no additional charge.  An iron and ironing board are provided in each Optimus apartment.  We also offer dry cleaning, tailoring and laundry services for an additional charge.

Are Optimus corporate apartment homes accessible to expanded premium cable channels such as HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, NFL sports packages, etc.?

Yes.  Most of our apartments offer these additional channels for an additional cost.  Please call us to get the actual prices and details.

Are your apartment’s non-smoking?

Optimus Corporate Housing offers a smoke free environment.  Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.

May I bring my pet?

Most Optimus apartment communities allow pets.  There are some exceptions for large pets and certain breeds.  In some cases, there may be pet fees, pet rent and pet deposits, depending on the circumstance and the location.  Rules and regulations vary from community to community.

How may I pay my bill?

All monthly charges are consolidated on one statement and mailed or emailed.  Optimus can bill individuals or companies with payments via check, money order or credit cards.

What is included in the price?

The price includes a fully furnished apartment with all cooking tools and housewares (pots and pans, utensils, linens, glasses, dishes) and all utilities (including gas, water, trash, internet, cable, phone).

What are the check-in and checkout times?

You can check-in any time after 4 pm and checkout before Noon.  If you require different accommodations, please inform one of our experienced team members and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Is there parking provided and is there a cost?

Many apartments provide free parking either in a covered parking deck or uncovered in the front of each building.  Several of our communities offer covered parking or garage parking at a modest monthly fee.  Please inquire.

Is there a telephone line in the apartment and an additional charge for domestic/international calls?

All Optimus apartments have a landline phone that offers FREE domestic calling.  International calling is available at an additional monthly fee.  Please inquire at time of your reservation.
